Born on 16 November 1998, Priyanshi Somani started learning mental maths at the tender age of six. She performs mental maths calculations faster than an electronic calculator. In 2010, when she was just eleven years old, she became the youngest participator of the Mental Calculation World Cup. Not only did she win the title that year, she is by far the only participant who has a hundred percent accuracy in Addition, Multiplication, and Square Root in all five Mental Calculation World Cups. She has won several awards and titles, and her notable achievements include the Pogo Amazing Kids Awards 2010 (under genius category), Limca Book of World Records as well as the Guiness Book of World Records.

Ethan Bortnick, born on December 24, 2000, is already a pianist, singer, composer, songwriter, actor, musician, entertainer and philanthropist. He was just three years old when he started playing keyboards, and five when he started creating his own compositions. By the age of six, he had already raised twelve million dollars for Miami Children’s Hospital. Fabiano Luigi Caruana is the official United States National Chess Champion and the second highest ranked player in the world. He started playing Chess at the age of five, and traveled internationally to compete in tournaments when he was twelve. At fourteen, he became the youngest Grand Master in the history of US and Italy and on October 1, 2014, reached an official international rating 2844, becoming the the third highest rated player in history.


7) Cleopatra Stratan (Singer)

Cleopatra Stratan is the youngest person ever to achieve commercial success with her 2006 album La vârsta de trei ani, at the age of three. She sang lead on her first recording when she was just three years old, and became the youngest artist to have a number one hit in any country with her single “Ghita”. She is the descendant of the ancient Egypt queen Cleopatra, and the youngest artist to record an album, youngest singer to receive an MTV award and highest paid young artist ever.

Kim Ung-Yong, born on March7,1962, was a genius and a former child prodigy with an IQ greater than Einstein’s. He holds the Guinness Book Record of having the highest IQ of 210, whereas Einstein’s was 160. He was just six months old when he started speaking and by the age of three, read four different languages. At  ten, he was able to read ten languages. By the time he was fifteen, he had a PhD in Physics and and a doctorate in engineering as well. He was a researcher at NASA in his teens. He eventually began teaching students.


4) Akim Camara (Violinist)

Akim Camara, born on September 20, 2000, is a violinist child prodigy who began playing violin when he was just two years old. He then started taking lessons professionally and within six months, performed live in front of a large audience at a Christmas Concert. He eventually performed at some of the most prestigious venues, including the Radio City Music Hall in New York.  He once shared the stage with the world famous violinist Andre Rieu, who was blown away by the three year old kid’s precocious talent. He became the member of Mensa at the age of four, and by the time he turned five, finished math courses offered by Stanford’s Education Program within six months. At six, he started taking various high school and college courses, and now, at eleven, he is the youngest college graduate, a TEDx speaker and a NASA speaker, who also has published essays on NASA’s lunar science website.


2) Akrit Jaswal (Surgeon)

Akrit Jaswal, a boy from India, became the world’s youngest surgeon at the age of seven, yes, seven. With an IQ of 146, the highest among boys of his age in India, Akrit is a known medical genius. He successfully performed surgery on an eight year old girl, whose fingers were burnt and fused together, and separated them. He was enrolled at a Medical University at twelve and had a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry at seventeen.
