No two individuals can be the same, but their personalities can match in some respects. We can’t label the nature of each person because this will lead to chaos for studying and research purposes. Therefore, it is necessary to classify personalities in different groups by bringing together common traits of a person carefully. Some people are lazy, and some are super active. Some are very positive in their lives while some think of the worst possible things. And the variation goes on. We have to get settled on some fundamental differences in the personalities. We observe some common personality traits around us.
Read below about ten general types of personalities.
10 general types of personalities
1.Envious:
You must be knowing that there is a difference between jealousy and envy. Jealousy is a negative thought when someone outclasses over you and envy is the feeling when you think “I wish I could do the same.”
Envious means desire to have possession, luck, a quality that belongs to another person. Resentment is like positive stress that boosts your efficiency to be the one who you aspire to be. So, the first type of personality is envious. The people who fall in this category are always under pressure of being better than everyone. Instead of minding thinking about what they have achieved in life, they focus on how they need to better than the other person. They keep calculating what they have presently and how much more is required to go ahead of other person .
2. Optimists:
If you always believe that something positive is going happen no matter where you are, then you are an optimist. This personality trait is usually explained with an example of a glass filled with water to the halfway point. If you are an optimist, then you will say that the half glass is filled with water, while a pessimist will see that glass as half empty. This type of personality is helpful to nurture your mind, body, and attitude positively. It provides resilience to face stress. So, if you are going on an adventure then always remember to take an optimist with you.

5. Adventurous
The people who want risks and thrill in their life are brave. They can’t live a comfortable life. If you close them in a room full of facilities and comfort, they will not enjoy it. But if you leave them in a forest or somewhere else, they will find their ways. The adventurous term is not only applicable for activities but also decisions in life. Brave people take risks when taking an important decision in their lives. Such people can survive in the worst possible situation, but a luxurious life can be mundane for them. Getting a job and settling in life is never the goal of their life.

They try new things and always keep themselves in a learning process. But these people always try to hide their mistakes but apologize if necessary. They focus more on their strength than their weaknesses. Also, even if they don’t know anything, they seek for help. Do these traits remind you of yourself? If yes, then you are a confident person.
